Delivery CoordinatorGetting the vehicle ready for the customer after purchasing it from the Product Specialist. Helping the customer get familiar with all the new features the vehicle may have, setting up the new technology.Core ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and guests in setting up any new technology such as OnStar.Maintain knowledge of new products, features and available accessories.Handling of all Dealer Trade paperworkProgramming keys for KeyTrackFiling and auditing used 2nd keysPrinting warranty stickers and placing them in all used inventoryAssisting in any lot workCleaning delivery centerLot walks for missing price/stock tagsDoing inventory scans on the 1st of every monthPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Job RequirementsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diplomaValid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required.Physical DemandsMust be able to remain in stationary position 80%Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.Universal ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the Rochester Motor Cars mission, vision, and values in all situations.Follow and utilize the Rochester Motor Cars philosophy of 1-2-3-4-5.Customer EnthusiasmEmployee SatisfactionFinancial PerformanceMarket EffectivenessOngoing Improvement“Grow people, make friends and do good.”Exhibit personal excellence by setting a high standard of performance.
