Heuser & Heuser, LLP in Colorado Springs, CO, is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships, understanding client requirements, and effectively presenting our services to potential clients.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Processing, screening, and qualifying all new leads. 

• Scheduling appointments for leads. 

• Gathering all information concerning prospective and existing clients.

• Assisting attorneys in opening cases.

• Assembling introductory packets for potential clients.

• Data entry and maintenance for new cases. 

• Represent the Heuser & Heuser brand and sell our services to potential clients via in-person, telephone, or Zoom conference, depending on potential client needs. 

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new clients to meet their needs. 

• Follow up with warm leads through a variety of channels, including phone calls, e-mail, and text messages. 

• Create detailed reports surrounding client accidents, injuries, and any other necessary details provided by the client for use by the legal team. 

• Communicate clearly between various levels of the organization, from reception to attorney. 

Qualifications:

• To be considered for the Sales Specialist position at Heuser & Heuser, LLP in Colorado Springs, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience within a service industry.

• Your role will require exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal team interactions and external client communications, particularly in challenging or sensitive situations.

• Proficiency in technology is essential, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing, and other platforms integral to our business operations.

• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary to thrive in our high-energy, results-driven environment.

• While not required, being bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is highly preferred to effectively cater to our diverse community.
