Title: Medical Affairs Pharmacist Salary: $110,000-$140,000 + 5-10% Bonus + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, holidays, etc.) Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full Time (open to hybrid) Why open: Growth Job Description: This role is the clinical and scientific “brain” of the compounding pharmacy , responsible for being the go-to expert for all medical information related to both sterile and non-sterile formulations. It involves interpreting scientific literature and regulatory guidance (USP , , ) to answer complex clinical questions, support formulation decisions, and ensure everything is evidence-based and compliant. On top of that, the pharmacist builds internal training, educates staff, and represents the company externally in a Medical Affairs/MSL-style capacity with providers and at conferences.
