A workplace that lives its values and prioritizes team culture Leadership that supports professional growth and listens to your ideas A growing, community-focused agency making a real impact Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Retirement matching, PTO, and ongoing training Benefits Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Retirement Plan Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Deliver warm, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone Assist with billing setup, online account access, and communication preferences Help customers enroll in tools like Drivewise and paperless delivery Follow up with clients needing payment assistance or account support Manage inbound calls and serve as the welcoming face of our St. Cloud office Track and update customer interactions in our agency CRM Represent the agency’s mission and values in every customer experience Requirements What You Bring to the Team: A current P&C Insurance License Clear, confident communication skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment Warm, service‑driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and support A proactive attitude — you’re not just taking calls, you’re building relationships Tech‑savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support customers Bilingual is a major plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
