We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Humansville, Missouri . If you're passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and treatment records.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Complete discharge planning and participate in care conferences.

• Follow ASHA standards, state regulations, and facility policies.

Requirements

• Active Missouri SLP License (Required)

• CCC-SLP Certification (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience (Required)

• Long Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience (Required)

• New Graduates are welcome if they have completed a Level II clinical experience

• Ability to provide one professional reference at the time of submission
