Job Title: Quality Technician

Pay: $21/hour

Shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday

Job Description

This role offers an opportunity for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support a growing quality department within a medical device manufacturing environment. You will help ensure that only conforming products move forward in the process or reach customers, working with integrity, responsibility, and a strong commitment to product quality and safety. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a day shift schedule and opportunities for overtime based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform sorting, sampling, and rework of defective or suspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Ensure only conforming products are released to the next stage of processing or to customers.

• Work cross-functionally with production and other teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain accurate and compliant records.

Essential Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Experience with inspection, quality control, and quality inspection activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to new graduates with a lab experience who are eager to learn and grow in a quality-focused role.

• Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment.

• Comfort working within documented procedures and regulatory requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leetsdale, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
