What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a great first impression
• Start the client intake process
• Scan and organize tax documents
• Perform basic data entry accurately
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones and follow up with past and potential clients
• Keep clients informed and engaged during wait times
• Assist with local marketing efforts
• Support Tax Pros with day-to-day office needs and deliver an exceptional client experience
