What makes SERRA different: To start, we have a seasoned service manager who has 36+ years of history at this dealership beginning his career as a service tech and later was promoted from within to service manager. He has first-hand experience concerning technicians’ daily hurdles and works with the techs to overcome any challenges. Communicate needed repairs to Parts and Service Associates. Follow all Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC standard workflow processes. Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools as needed. Maintain a clean working environment and professional appearance at all times. Job Requirements Good work history Aptitude to take direction and mentoring from others.
