We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Part-Time Legal Secretary to support daily operations within a busy legal office. This role is ideal for an organized individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Manage email communications and assist with client correspondence
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Ensure office organization and efficiency in daily operations

Qualifications
Previous administrative or office experience required
Legal office experience preferred
Paralegal training or experience is a plus
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional communication skills (phone and email)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel preferred)
