Compassionate Resident Care Assistant

Alderbrook Village is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant to support daily living activities for residents and their families in a heartfelt care environment. You will interact with residents at all levels of care, showing empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, dining, light housekeeping, laundry, safety, and response to requests. You will document changes, participate in meetings, and work as part of a team to maintain a dignified,
