Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead Therapist to work Thurs-Fri-Sat from 9am to 9:30 pm to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Clinical Lead has the responsibility of providing assistance to the Clinical Director, leading and supporting a team of mobile assessors while overseeing call center workflows to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation
• Filing of involuntary commitment paperwork (where applicable)
• Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status
• Assistance with interviews, new hire orientation and training of Clinical Assessment Team Evaluators in workflow processes and procedures
• Help with team scheduling, payroll and daily reports

Excellent clinical, and organizational skills are critical components of this job.

Qualifications:

• Education: Nursing degree or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health or related field.
• Licensure/Certification: Current license in state as a licensed professional counselor ("LPC"), licensed marriage and family therapist ("LMFT"), licensed master social worker ("LMSW"), licensed clinical social worker ("LCSW"), or registered nurse ("RN"). Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital.
• Experience: Required 3-5 years of similar experience / leadership experience. Preferred 5-8 years of similar experience.
