Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the Details: Manage price requests, documentation, reporting, and forecasting to ensure seamless customer transactions. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the middleman between our sellers and customers. You'll be the go-to person for sample requests, pricing updates, and solving any issues that arise.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Research and dig deep to find the answers our customers need, using your critical thinking and communication skills to deliver solutions that drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—product managers, sellers, and the customer support team—to ensure we're always delivering the best service.
