We are currently looking for a reliable Independent Contractor with a Refrigerated Box Truck to join our team in the Columbia, SC area. This position is ideal for an owner-operator who is dependable, professional, and committed to on-time deliveries.

You will be responsible for transporting temperature-controlled goods safely and efficiently while maintaining proper refrigeration standards during transit.

Responsibilities

• Transport refrigerated goods safely and on schedule
• Ensure proper temperature control throughout delivery
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status
• Follow all DOT and safety regulations

Requirements

• Must own or operate a Refrigerated Box Truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Ability to lift and move cargo when required
