Service Receptionist and Warranty Claims Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist to join our busy and growing dealership. As the Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist , you will handle all service phone calls, scheduling, warranty claims processing and coordination of logistics on inbound and outbound vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Answer service phone calls and schedule service appointments.
- Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty company guidelines.
- Process service invoicing accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow.
- Manage logistics for transportation of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide support in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Highly energetic and promotes a culture of positivity and collaboration.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in automotive service or warranty claims is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Hours:
- Monday - 8:15 AM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday - 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday - 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday - 8:15 AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday - 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Hours above include a one hourly daily lunch break.
- Approximately 43 hours per week, with paid overtime.
