Division Leaders work as part of a collaborative leadership team and are expected to partner closely with fellow Division Leaders across cabins, activities, and the Counselor‑in‑Training program. This role requires consistent communication, shared problem‑solving, mutual support, and collective responsibility for camper safety, staff development, and overall camp operations. Mandatory attendance at Admin Staff Training (June 8–18, 2026) and General Staff Training (June 22–July 3, 2026) is required. Responsibilities Directly supervise Cabin Counselors across assigned cabin clusters, ensuring consistent camper supervision, structured routines, and developmentally appropriate expectations.
