Quality Control Technician – Immediate Hiring

Location: Parlier, CA

Pay: $17.25 – $18.00/hour

Schedule: Must be open to all shifts

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Quality Control Technicians to join our team immediately at a winery in Parlier. In this role, you will support production operations by ensuring product quality, performing testing, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect product samples following established sampling plans and protocols
• Perform quality control testing on bottling lines (torque, fill height, dissolved oxygen (DO), CO2 levels, alcohol content, and particle testing)
• Inspect production lines to verify product quality, including packaging, labels, code dates, weights, and dry goods
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of QC equipment
• Monitor and maintain inventory of QC supplies
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Apply knowledge of HACCP principles and Critical Control Points (CCPs)
• Escalate quality issues and work with production teams to resolve concerns

Shifts Available

Candidates must be open to working all three shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Previous QC or food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability for all shifts, including overtime as needed
