PT Aide Las Vegas, NV, US Salary Range: $13.00 To $13.00 Annually PRN position: 8 to 12 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, hourly rate $13. Responsibilities Assist with patient scheduling and administrative front desk duties as required. Greet patients and transport them to the treatment area after checking in at the front desk. Assist with patient prep before and after treatment. Assist with positioning of patients. Prepare treatment rooms (linens, pillowcases, disinfect) following prescribed procedures and protocols. Perform daily temperature checks in a log on the hydrocollator and ice machines/freezers. Assist patients on and off exercise equipment. Demonstrate proper use of exercise equipment and exercise routines. Maintain patient confidentiality, protecting operations. Set up and take down physical therapy equipment during treatment sessions. Disinfect all treatment areas throughout the day and sanitize at the end of the day. Ensure operation of physical therapy equipment by completing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions. Supervise prescribed exercises under a licensed physical therapist or PTA. Maintain clinical supplies inventory, checking stock and anticipating needed supplies. Perform laundry duties for soiled and clean linens. Be organized and efficient, multitasking across priorities. Expected Work Hours Office hours vary and may extend from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday may be open. Some night and weekend work may be required.
