Database Admin

Compensation: $25 - 30 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Admin to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, supporting accounting operations, and helping improve process accuracy. You’ll step into a project-based role where your work will directly support a busy team that needs help resolving invoice coding issues and reducing manual follow-up. If you’re organized, confident, and able to think through problems, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities & Duties Review invoices for coding errors and inconsistencies Identify issues and determine the correct next steps Correct invoice coding errors when needed Communicate with field staff to clarify invoice details Support accounting workflows with accurate data entry Help reduce time spent on manual troubleshooting Maintain organized records and follow-up items Required Qualifications & Experience Strong attention to detail Ability to solve problems independently Comfort working with data and administrative tasks Confidence speaking with internal and field teams Ability to learn quickly in a short training period Background in accounting, administration, or data-oriented work Nice to Have Skills & Experience Accounting or accounts payable experience Experience reviewing or coding invoices Background in utility or project-based environments Experience handling process gaps or manual workflows 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information Project-based contract role with an estimated multi-month duration May extend beyond the initial timeline based on business needs Training period is expected to be approximately 2-3 weeks Role supports a team managing invoice coding and issue resolution Opportunity may lead to future growth within the organization If you are interested in learning more about the Data Admin opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
