As a Hospitalist at 77 Consultants, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to hospitalized patients. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient health and safety. Your expertise will contribute to important healthcare initiatives and patient management strategies that directly enhance the quality of care in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
• Implement treatment plans in coordination with healthcare teams
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout their stay
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers
• Educate patients and families about health management
• Adhere to hospital protocols and quality assurance standards
• Participate in continuous medical education and training
• Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Active medical license in California or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in Internal Medicine or related fields preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required

12-hour shifts

No call requirement

Patient Volume: 14-18 per day

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Additional Certifications: ACLS
