Tax Associate
A growing small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its tax team and help prepare individual and business returns in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Highlights
- Prepare Form 1040, 1120/1120S, and 1065 returns with supporting workpapers
- Assist with tax research, organizing client source documents, and e-filing
- Work closely with seniors and managers on a varied book of small-business and individual clients
- Bachelor's in Accounting (or related); CPA eligibility preferred; 0–2 years public accounting tax experience
- Hybrid schedule with strong work-life balance outside of busy season
- Firm is interviewing now — looking to hire ASAP
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 DOE
- Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential

- CPE / CPA exam support and professional development
- Hybrid year-round with expected busy-season hours Jan–Apr; lighter summer/fall for recovery and CPE
