How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to execute precise clinical interventions that advance the patient’s recovery and well-being.

• Monitor patient responses to medications and treatments with a keen eye for detail, ensuring immediate action is taken to maintain safety and comfort.

• Execute essential diagnostic tests and therapeutic services that provide the critical data needed for accurate medical decision-making.

• Empower patients and their families through clear, compassionate education, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their care journey after leaving the facility.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Minimum 1 year acute care medical-surgical LPN experience required.
• IV certified
