We are currently looking for a Group Facilitator to join our growing adult recovery team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a collaborative treatment environment. The right candidate will feel comfortable leading groups, supporting patients through recovery, and working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team.

This is a full time Monday through Friday position with opportunities to work with patients across multiple levels of care, including IOP, PHP, and Day Treatment services.

In this role, you will facilitate therapeutic groups focused on recovery, personal growth, coping skills, and behavioral change while helping patients establish goals and build healthier lifestyles. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure quality care, maintain accurate documentation, participate in treatment team meetings, and support patients throughout their recovery journey. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds are important for success in this position.

We are looking for someone who is confident speaking in front of groups, organized with documentation, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or recovery services is preferred.

Candidates must have a CDCA with at least two years of experience or an LCDC. An active NPI and Medicaid provider number are also required for documentation and billing purposes. Computer literacy and the ability to communicate through email, phone, and EMR systems are necessary for this role.
