Responsibilities:
- Treat acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on psychopharmacology.
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
- Perform psychiatric medical examinations (mental status exam).
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
- Communicate with collaborating physicians and allied health professions regarding patient care.
- Accurate documentation.
- Using computer applications (eClinicalWorks).
- Coding and filling out insurance forms.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments.
Qualifications:
· NPI
· NYS license.
· Two Letters of reference
Compensation/Salary -
- Required 2 weeks of training at $65.00 per hour Non-Negotiable (after training Salary can be negotiated)
- Travel compensation can be negotiated.
- Working from home can be negotiated after 90 days of service.
