About This Role The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients. This position is ideal for those with a strong background in Cardiology and Electrophysiology. Highlights Pay: $65/hour Location: New York, NY Facility: Mount Sinai Department/Unit: Radiology Associates - MSH Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver patient care by incorporating the tenets of Relationship Centered Care. Assess and evaluate patient care needs using critical thinking skills. Integrate relevant assessment and intervention skills in nursing care delivery. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team on care plans. Prioritize patient care aspects including teaching and planning after hospital care. Educate patients and caregivers about their plan of care and health promotion. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Manage assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing. Role model the tenets of Mount Sinai Relationship Centered Care. Initiate service recovery for patients and families with concerns.
