Family Practice Physician

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting November 2-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Trenton, NJ. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits including Women's Health, and Occupational Medicine issues, including Worker's Compensation injury evaluation, follow-up, & return to work visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am-7:00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break from 12-12:30pm, and Thursday & Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. Staffing model includes 1 Physician, 1 NP/PA, & 3 Medical Assistants. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. NJ DEA is preferred, as is Worker's Compensation experience. Women's Health experience is required. Current shift dates are November 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, & 30 and December 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, & 31.
