Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.Locations: Home health visits in Manatee county (including Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, Ellenton, Palmetto, and surrounding areas).Visits may also be available in Sarasota and/or Hillsborough counties if desired.Schedule: PRN; 5-10+ home health visits per week.
