Schedule: Clinic + Call Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Types of Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Board Certified, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), an active Wisconsin license required, or IMLC
