As a key leader in our supply chain digital transformation, you will collaborate across functions to optimize processes, improve system performance, and drive business value.You will play a critical role bridging business and technology, driving end-to-end order management capabilities across both B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, with a strong emphasis on Blue Yonder OMS expertise within an Oracle ERP ecosystem.***Must be located in: WA, OR, CA, CO, UT, or TX***What You’ll DoOrder Management & Systems LeadershipLead the design, configuration, and development of our Order Management System (OMS), ensuring alignment with operational goals and IT architectural standardsOperate within an Oracle ERP ecosystem, supporting and enhancing order management capabilities across the enterpriseMaintain and enhance system integrations between OMS and other enterprise systems, including ERP, Planning, PLM, PIM, Shopify, and 3rd-party applicationsTranslate business needs into functional and technical design for implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsAnalyze and document business processes to identify system improvements, gaps, and inefficienciesSupply Chain Process OwnershipOwn and continuously improve key end-to-end processes, including:Order-to-Cash (O2C)Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Ensure OMS capabilities support both wholesale (B2B) and DTC/eCommerce business modelsConduct gap analyses to ensure solutions meet operational and business needsDTC & Shopify InitiativesServe as the intake lead for all Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiativesSupport and evaluate new Shopify initiatives, ensuring alignment with order management workflows and downstream systemsTranslate evolving DTC requirements into scalable system solutionsStakeholder & Program LeadershipLead multi-functional collaborator communication across business, technology, and operationsDrive collaborator alignment, intake, prioritization, and delivery governance across multiple initiativesCollaborate with business partners and IT teams to define requirements and deliver functional specificationsTeam Leadership & Delivery ModelProvide oversight across a hybrid delivery model, including: Internal team members and offshore consultantsEnsure accountability, execution, and high-quality delivery across distributed teamsTesting, Support & Continuous ImprovementLead functional testing efforts, including unit testing, UAT, and regression testingIdentify, track, and resolve system defects or issuesProvide day-to-day support for end users, addressing system inquiries and resolving functional issuesConduct training sessions for key users on OMS functionality and guidelinesFind opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errorsWho You AreA problem-solver with a deep understanding of Order Management and how technology enables operational excellenceStrong functional leader with the ability to own order management end-to-end, even without being the deepest Oracle technical SMEAnalytical and thorough, with the ability to assess both technical and operational requirementsA proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and tackles complex challengesPassionate about innovation and continuous improvement in supply chain systems and processesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field10+ years of demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and supporting an enterprise OMS platformExpert understanding of supply chain and order management processes, especially O2C and P2PExperience working in an Oracle ERP environment (functional understanding required; deep technical SME not required)Blue Yonder expertise strongly preferredExperience with OMS platforms such as: IBM Sterling OMS and or Manhattan OMSExperience with system integrations, data migration, and enterprise system ecosystemsFamiliarity with integration technologies (APIs, EDI, middleware)Proficiency with SQL or other query tools for data analysis and reporting#LI-HybridStanley 1913 is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
