Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Nurse Practitioner provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions, prescribes medication, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatment. Job Responsibilities Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks. Works under minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Uses independent judgment to make an impact on patient care and organizational initiatives. Patient‑facing role as part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, including required TB screening. Participates in limited on‑call coverage by phone. Makes decisions and provides treatment for acute and chronic conditions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8 or more years of technical experience 2 or more years of project leadership experience Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state Preferred Qualifications Master's in Science of Nursing / PA Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $123,800 - $170,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
