- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
- Computer proficiency required
- SAP experience would be a plus
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the mining of raw materials
- Ensure an appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
- Develop mining and production strategies and tactics
- Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
- Manage the performances of subordinate personnel
