The Staff Pad, partnering with a nationally recognized nonprofit Hospice & Palliative care facility in Dallas, TX, seeks a Development Specialist to advance fundraising and donor engagement. This role reports to the Director of Donor Relations & Grants and leads direct mail and digital campaigns while nurturing donor connections. You will maintain donor data in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, coordinate with vendors, support fundraising events, and craft impactful donor communications, ensuring #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
