Project Manager

The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery Candidates should have experience managing large-scale data center, warehouse, industrial, tilt-up, or mission‑critical construction projects, with expertise in either MEP systems or full project scope. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications 7+ years (Project Manager) or 10+ years (Senior Project Manager) of commercial or industrial construction experience. Proven experience managing data center, warehouse, industrial, or tilt-up construction projects Strong understanding of MEP systems and/or full building construction. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and team leadership. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Willing and able to travel approximately once per month.
