Job Title: Vacation Rental Housekeeper
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Local Travel Required)
Pay: $250 - $500 per week (Paid Weekly)
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining vacation rental properties to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards for incoming guests.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel or valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be drug-free and pass a background check if requested.
- Experience in vacation rental or hotel cleaning.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize vacation rental properties after guest check-outs.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect all surfaces.
- Ensure bathrooms and kitchens are spotless.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues.
- Follow cleaning checklists to meet property standards.
