About the job The Program Manager will orchestrate cross‑functional programs and projects across Product Development, Manufacturing, and Launch activities. Responsibilities include driving execution, ensuring planning consistency and strategic alignment, managing Product CAPAs, supporting leadership decision‑making, overseeing project performance, and leading a team of project/program managers while continuously improving program management frameworks and governance. Key requirements Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in complex project/program management within the medical device industry or similar. Knowledge of EN13485, MDR, and FDA requirements. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills; fluent English. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Biopôle
