We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025Job description: We're looking for a Utility Coordinator to support the execution and tracking of 811 design ticket requests and project permitting. This operations-focused role that plays a critical part in preparing projects for successful field operations and final map production. You'll work closely with Utility Coordinators, Project Managers, and Mapping teams to ensure utility records are requested, permits are secured, and projects are prepared accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and interested in infrastructure, utilities, or operations.What You'll DoSubmit 811 design ticket requests to state and local One Call CentersCoordinate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), municipalities, utility owners, and other external stakeholders to determine project-specific permitting requirements.Obtaining permits and approvals from municipalities, utility owners, or other stakeholdersReview permit requirements during project scoping and provide cost and timeline estimates for inclusion in client proposalsManage permit submissions and payment workflows following client or internal Notice to Proceed (NTP)Verify ticket details and ensure required information is accurate and completeTrack ticket confirmations, response deadlines, and statuses in Monday.comContact utility owners to request available records (maps, PDFs, shapefiles, etc.)Follow up on outstanding requests and elevate issues when utilities are unresponsiveReview incoming utility records for basic completeness and usabilityUpload records to SharePoint following Exodigo standardsUpdate internal teams on ticket status and support weekly reportingFollow jurisdiction-specific requirements and internal SOPsWhat Success Looks LikeDesign tickets submitted on time and tracked accuratelyRequired permits and approvals secured in advance of scheduled fieldwork, minimizing project delaysUtility records consistently uploaded, organized, and easy to findClear, timely communication with internal teams and utility ownersProjects prepared with the required permits and utility records ahead of scan datesRequirements2–4 years of relevant experience in utility coordination, permitting, or project operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflowsClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with task-tracking and document management toolsAbility to manage multiple requests and deadlinesInterest in utilities, infrastructure, operations, or geospatial workNice to HaveExposure to 811 design ticket workflows (internship, coursework, or prior role)Familiarity with Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platformsSalary range$60,000 - $80,000LocationRemote - East Coast PreferredExodigo encourages applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
