Ideal candidates: Currently or recently held a role reviewing permit drawing sets for code compliance, such as plans examiner, private provider plan reviewer or code consultant.; Have ICC Building Plans Examiner certification (B1, B2 or B3), or current/recent AHJ or third-party plan-review employment.; Have at least 3 years in the role, be US-based, and work in US model-code jurisdictions; 8 or more years is preferred.; Be able to mark up and measure a plan set.; Use Bluebeam Revu or an equivalent tool..
