Compensation

We believe hard work should be rewarded.

Our operators can earn a  competitive performance-based commission (approximately 25%–45%) , with advancement opportunities based on training, certifications, experience, leadership, and performance.

What You'll Do

As a Tow Operator, you'll serve as the face of Mad Dawg Transportation & Tow, while providing professional towing and roadside assistance services throughout our service area.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform light-duty towing and roadside assistance
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload customer vehicles
• Complete lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and battery services
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Document every service call with photos and digital reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional truck
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Follow all company safety policies and TDLR regulations
• Represent Mad Dawg Tow with professionalism, integrity, and respect

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Texas Driver License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to obtain or maintain a TDLR Tow Operator License
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Previous experience in towing, roadside assistance, transportation, automotive services, logistics, fleet operations, commercial driving, military service, or emergency response is a plus—but not required.
