Employee Relations & Leave Operations Manager
Studs, Inc.
Studs is a New York-based brand seeking a Manager of Employee Relations and Leave to own end-to-end leave, accommodation, and benefits processes. You will document every step, coordinate with managers on restrictions, and support sensitive terminations under guidance from the SVP, People. The role is systems-heavy, with ADP, HRIS, and case management at the core.
