Pending State License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Yes, must be submitted two weeks prior to next schedule and approved by manager Guaranteed Hours: 72-80 per pay period Submission Requirements: -Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm -Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW. -Covid Vaccine NOT required -All candidates are required to complete a fit test in advance using one of the approved masks. -The candidate's agency is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the fit test, with all available options explored. -Candidates may be required to travel up to 100 miles to complete the fit test. -ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Min. 2 Mgr/Charge References (within past 2yrs.), RN Lic. verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date - clean lic. required - hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), Driver's License, SSN.
