This includes financial performance, field execution, subcontractor management, and accurate system reporting.You will be expected to manage both field operations and digital systems at a high level.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementTrack budget vs. actual on all projectsControl labor cost per squareMonitor material usage and reduce wasteIdentify and execute profitable change ordersMaintain real-time cost awarenessField OperationsDrive schedules and eliminate downtimeEnsure proper job sequencing to prevent reworkMaintain high-quality installation standardsKeep jobsites organized and professionalSubcontractor ManagementSet and enforce production expectationsHold crews accountable for performance and qualityBuild and maintain strong subcontractor relationshipsClient & CommunicationCommunicate proactively with clients and general contractorsResolve issues quickly and professionallyEnsure no surprises on project statusSystems & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date data in SalesforceUpload and manage jobsite documentation in CompanyCamTrack and manage expenses in ConcurUtilize Excel for budgeting, cost tracking, and forecastingMaintain communication through OutlookPrepare documentation using Word and PowerPoint as neededUtilize procurement/construction software for material tracking and orderingPlans, Specifications, Submittals & Code Compliance (Critical Requirement)This is a core function of the role, not optional.You must have a strong working knowledge of:Construction drawings (plans, elevations, details)Project specifications and scope requirementsApproved submittals and shop drawingsManufacturer installation requirementsLocal building codes and inspection requirementsYou will be expected to:Review plans, specs, and submittals before work begins to ensure full understanding of scopeIdentify and resolve discrepancies between plans, specs, and field conditionsEnsure all installations align with approved submittals and manufacturer requirementsCoordinate with Superintendents and crews to execute work correctly the first timeProactively address issues through RFIs and documentation—not after installationEnsure all work meets code requirements and passes inspections without delays????
