Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Minimum education requirement: Master's preferred by client. Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Previous home health experience preferred. Client will consider candidates with experience in home health settings or equivalent outpatient/skilled nursing exposure. Ability to cover Fayette County and Nicholas County geographic areas. Reliable transportation required for travel between patient visits. Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation as call responsibilities decrease with additional PT staff. Professional certification required by client. Maintain required professional credentials throughout assignment. Dress code: Navy blue scrubs. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1600. Weekly Hours: 32 hours per week guarantee. Coverage Areas: Fayette County and Nicholas County service areas. Productivity expectations: 30 points (client‑specific productivity metric). Floating: Candidate must be able to travel within the assigned coverage area between patient homes. Location Highlights Lewisburg, WV offers a mix of small‑town culture and outdoor access. The town is near the Greenbrier River Trail, approximately 10‑15 minutes by car from downtown, and less than 1.5 hours from New River Gorge National Park, providing hiking and whitewater recreation. Lewisburg features a historic downtown with the Carnegie Hall cultural venue and local dining within walking distance of many neighborhoods.
