Registered Nurse (RN) - Psych/Rehab Float Unit

Location: Largo, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Psych/Rehab float unit. This position involves working with diverse patient populations, supporting their rehabilitation and mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Psych/Rehab department.
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.
Document patient progress and interventions accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
Experience in psych and rehabilitation nursing preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
