Facilities Technician Pioneer | Full-Time Manufacturing Environment | Shift Work The Opportunity Join an established manufacturing environment and support the reliability of production equipment and facilities through hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime. Perform Preventive / Predictive Maintenance, TPM and Autonomous Maintenance activities. Support installation, testing and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment. Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, repairs and maintenance works. Maintain spare parts, maintenance records and troubleshooting guides. Support continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency. Requirements Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance / troubleshooting. Hands-on knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment. Knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems, wiring and soldering. Able to read and understand electrical diagrams. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willing to work morning or night shifts. Why Join?
