Creative Manager

We have an opening for a Creative Manager who is passionate about entertainment marketing and excited about joining a fast-paced, dynamic team. Responsibilities Communicate with Producers and Creative Directors to track project deadlines Help facilitate and manage client requests through completion Create and send viewing links to clients Quality control all materials before sending to clients Assign graphic requests and assist in internal and external graphics-related needs Coordinate with finishing department to ensure smooth, timely and successful finishes Attend project related meetings and calls, take notes and distribute to teams Set up internal and external/client meetings as needed Maintain assignment schedule and priorities based on project timelines Manage elements received by clients and facilitate distribution to proper departments Proactively anticipate needs for projects as they arise Interface with music and writing team for project requirements as needed Assist with script packet preparation and delivery as needed Communicate notes to and work on WIPs with editors Take notes on client calls or take calls when appropriate if producer is busy Breakdown material in order to assist in providing creative solutions to problems Be the hub of the creative team – a resource and liaison between all departments and the producer/Creative Director on your projects Identify and troubleshoot workflow issues with appropriate parties Skills Required Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail Strong Communication Skills Be able to handle high stress situations Creative Potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
