The Opportunity As a Strategy& Strategy Consulting Business Model Reinvention - Director, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate vision into action, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. In this role, you will be crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities Leading strategic consulting engagements to provide insights and guidance for business model reinvention Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance Developing and implementing innovative strategies that align with client objectives and drive business transformation Collaborating with clients to assess business processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making and client recommendations Overseeing multiple projects, confirming alignment with strategic goals and maintaining client satisfaction Mentoring and guiding teams to foster professional growth and cultivate leadership potential Promoting technological advancements and innovative solutions to enhance client engagements and outcomes Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to support business development and strategic partnerships Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures within the strategy consulting domain What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 9 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience What Sets You Apart Leading strategic management and business transformation initiatives Developing innovative business strategies for consumer markets Utilizing data analytics to drive consumer insights and strategies Conducting competitive analysis and market research for growth opportunities Excelling in customer experience (CX) strategy and customer insight Promoting creativity and innovation in business process improvement Mentoring and coaching future leaders in strategic planning The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
