Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Responsibilities Provide general and psychiatric patient care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Identify patient needs and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Document and communicate any changes in client behaviors. Participate in psychiatric group processes, age‑specific care, trauma‑informed care, therapeutic boundary maintenance, and crisis intervention techniques. Work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. Work Schedules and Compensation Positions are available full‑time (40 or 32 hours) or part‑time (24 hours). Shift options include days (7:00‑3:30), evenings (3:00‑11:30), or overnights (11:00‑7:30). Eligible evening and overnight shifts receive a $8,000 sign‑on bonus.
