Warehouse Associate

Our client, an industry leader in document management and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Storage and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Range: $16.81 per hour Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday What's the Job? Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials Manually lift, carry, and load boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical tasks Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using proprietary systems What's Needed? Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good reading and writing skills in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards is required What's in it for me?
