We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at Island Distributing Kauai. Our open interviews are held every Wednesday in October from 11:00pm to 2:00pm HST at our distribution center located at 1741 Haleukana St., Lihue, HI 96766. This is an hourly position with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements. The schedule is full-time, five days per week, Monday through Friday. This field-based position requires driving your personal vehicle to support sales at grocery stores, retail beverage outlets, bars, and restaurants throughout the island of Kauai.

Position responsibilities include conducting relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs, taking inventory and inputting customer orders with accuracy and timeliness using company-issued technology and systems, maintaining proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts, supporting merchandising by stocking product and ensuring proper rotation to maintain freshness and avoid expired product, and other projects or duties as assigned.

Required education and experience include a high school diploma or general education diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience. Reliable automobile transportation, maintaining an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintaining auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law are also required. Must be 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
