Caregiver (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Schedule & Availability

· Full-time and part-time positions available

· Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Night Shift openings

· Weekend availability preferred

Core Responsibilities

·  Direct Care: Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

·  Community Building: Nurture meaningful connections among residents, staff, and families to maintain a dignified and respectful environment

·  Life Enrichment: Assist with traditional meal preparation, socialization, and active participation in daily activities.

·  Observation & Safety: Supervise residents closely, ensuring all behavioral or physical observations are properly documented and reported.

·  Communication: Maintain open communication with the supportive services team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

·  Well-being: Foster a safe, secure environment that protects our residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

·  Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

·  Experience: At least 1 year of caregiver experience is preferred.

·  Language: Japanese speaking is preferred,  not required.

·  Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

·  Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

·  Clearances: Must pass a criminal background check (Fingerprint/Live Scan) and a health screening clearance (including a physical exam and TB test)
