Investment Operations Specialist
Join a leading financial services organization supporting institutional investment operations across public, private, and real estate portfolios. This role focuses on investment data management, reconciliations, reporting, risk oversight, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile cash positions, investment holdings, and portfolio data to ensure accuracy.
- Support investment operations across multiple asset classes and managed accounts.
- Prepare internal reports and regulatory filings using Excel, Power BI, and data platforms.
- Investigate and resolve cash, settlement, and operational exceptions.
- Collaborate with investment, accounting, finance, legal, and risk teams.
- Support data governance, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Participate in automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven process improvement projects.
- Maintain investment records and assist with testing, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years of investment operations, financial services, or related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of investment products and portfolio operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage data-intensive tasks.
- Experience with Excel and reporting tools; Power BI, Snowflake, automation, or data analytics exposure is advantageous.
